  44. Setup Kermit for an incoming telnet connection.

  46. Telnet to it with IBM Telnet.

  48. While in Kermit Terminal DEBUG mode, press each key on the IBM Telnet keyboard
  49. record their values.

  51. When you are done, use the Kermit SET KEY command to assign each key the 
  52. sequence you want sent.
